The first ten projects of our city help build Qing Chuan, six of them have been put into operation. On September 15, deputy mayor Chen Bingshui and its party investigated these projects and visited the workers.

The six aid projects are Huang Ping primary school, Wa Li primary school, Cha Ba nine-year school and Cha Ba village health center, Huang Ping village health center, Wa Li village health center, all of which started construction last December. The previous three projects have a total investment of over 40 million yuan, which will remarkably improve the schooling conditions of about 1000 students there. The total investment of three health centers is seven million yuan, which will effectively alleviate the difficulty of getting medical treatment of 16000 people in the three villages.

These projects are most donated by the City's enterprises and units. The city's aid headquarter gave the titles to the six projects. Huang Ping primary school is named Huang Ping Yin YI Primary School, the teaching building of Wa Li primary school is named Rong'an teaching building, dormitory of Cha Ba nine-year school is named Zhejiang Guangbo dormitory, laboratory building is named Ningbo Xinda Zhongjian laboratory building, teaching building is named Ning Xing teaching building. Besides, three health centers are all named Bo'ai Health Center. The building of Cha Ba village health center is named Ningbo Nanyuan Building.
